What do we recommend?

 

First plus – we recommend high commission for all resellers in the beginning of the cooperation, the second out of the three levels. This governing principle concerns all resellers from the beginning of equipment sales of NEW CONCEPTION solutions.

between 01. August and 30. October 2005.

 

Second plus – the reseller decides, whether the co-operation is either based on a commercial basis (application of shopping invoicing and conditions of a credit policy) or on a consignee basis (the invoicing happens when the customer buys the equipment stored on the reseller's depot).

 

The choice of the method of sales on commercial basis provides higher commission for the reseller. Besides this, the reseller is part of the credit policy, which provides the opportunity of the purchase credit until the credit limit is reached. We offer 30 days counted from the end of the purchase month as paying deadline, which may also be attractive.

 

The cooperation on a consignee basis is very popular, well based on years of tradition of MICRA-based scales sales reports well-functioning realization. The equipment remains MICRA property until invoicing, the reseller is not obliged to invest in the product, but the commissions are lower than in the case of the cooperation on a commercial basis.

 

Third plus – high quality originating from more years of experience. MICRA trade-name has been connected to scales and slicing machines so far in Hungary. MICRA introduces itself in the area of cash registers now, but this is not novelty. Thanks to the co-operation with ELZAB S.A. Polish firm – which plays a driving role for the longest time in the Polish market – MICRA employers are supplied with instructions and technical solutions by tested and checked cash registers. But these are not adapted or modified solutions – MICRA Eco cash registers were specially tailored to the Hungarian market's needs.

 

Fourth plus – innovative technical solutions. The levels of price reductions are different in each product groups. Prominent, that we have the highest allowances concerning the price checker. The reason of this the new solution we recommend, and with which man may have met earlier very rarely in the Hungarian market. Applying them in self-service shops brings concretized savings and profit. You will always find new solutions in MICRA offers which have not been presented in competitors' offers yet.

 

Fifth plus – part of the commission is the commercial commission and the guarantee redemption. The reseller may fulfil the maintenance of the sold product, but he is not obligated to do so. In spite of that, it is worth undertaking because MICRA offers trainings for the service workers, technical support for the resellers until the guarantee time (12 months) is over, and technical maintenance after the expiration of the guarantee period. Checked logistic processes insure the fast access to the components. MICRA service is always available for the reparations demanding bigger practice.

 

Sixth plus – marketing support of sales. MICRA pursues an intensive marketing campaign, which directs the customers to the resellers with recommendation of MICRA products, so the customers can recognise MICRA trade-name in the place of the usage. With offer accessible information and advertisement materials, as well as support in different media and attractive campaigns advertisings for customers.

 

Seventh plus – the point of our offer: equipment of distinguished quality, reasonable prices for customers, high profit margins and clear commission politics for the resellers.

 

Eighth plus – let us focus on PROF now! MICRA Eco PROF cash register automatically increases the resellers' income because the customer who buys this type of cash register, will buy the peripheries belonging to it, PC or at least the background software. (We will expand it by the configuration-added equipment in the near future.)

 

The detailed basic principles of the cooperation, information on accomplishment of setup and corrections, rights and obligations of both parties are summarized in two different types of contracts.
